A one on one experience with a customized workout tailored for your body type. In these hour long sessions you will get the personal and undivided attention of Charlene as she guides you through workouts custom created for you, your body and your goals.
Small Group Training
A group of 2-5 people. You can bring your own friends or, if you are on your own, Charlene will place you in an existing group. This is a fun way to workout with friends or meet new ones.
A combination of myofascial, static and dynamic stretching especially for those with back, neck, shoulder, hip or hamstring pain. The goal is to be pain free and improve performance.
