Small Group Training

A group of 2-5 people. You can bring your own friends or, if you are on your own, Charlene will place you in an existing group. This is a fun way to workout with friends or meet new ones.

Target Training

A combination of myofascial, static and dynamic stretching especially for those with back, neck, shoulder, hip or hamstring pain. The goal is to be pain free and improve performance.

"I started training with CC to firm up and prepare for an upcoming snowboarding season and I had one of the best seasons of all time!

On many days when my friends were fatigued and ready to return to the lodge, I was still eager to hit run after run until closing. Even better, off the slopes I have more energy than ever!"
